Total Body Fitness
Total Body Fitness is a body strength and flexibility class based in the principles of yoga and pilates. With resistance and low impact cardio, this 40-minute class offers the attendee the ability to challenge their levels of movement while reducing their risk for injury. Taught by certified personal trainer, Selina Uglow, LPN.
With two locations being offered, you can choose to take your class in the beautiful surroundings of North East, PA or in Erie’s most unique wellness space on Zuck Road, The Yurt.
QiGong
An effective mind-body movement practice, QiGong offers any ability the chance to optimize energy within the mind, body and spirit while practicing breathwork and full joint motion to improve overall well-being. This is a 60-minute class instructed by Eileen Talbot, certified 24 posture therapeutic QiGong instructor. The Yurt enhances the experience.
